In March 2024, many of you attended our seminar led by Knoxville's visionary landscape architect (and recently retired UT Professor) Garry Menendez. His spring talk was a such a huge hit that we are honored to welcome him back on Saturday, November 16, at 10:30 a.m., for another timely seminar, “The Messy Garden: Preparing for Winter With Garry Menendez”.
After our usually hot, dry summers here in East Tennessee, we have work to do sprucing up our gardens for fall. This year we had a long summer drought followed by too much rain. Our gardens could use some spiffing up in preparation for winter and Garry is just the man to do with his wit and wisdom!
In addition to this seminar, Garry will be pleased to sign copies of his new book, “A Home for Your Gnome”, which will make fun and informative gifts for the gardeners on your Christmas list.
If you would like to learn more about Garry’s whimsical yet practical take on garden design, check out his website and blog at the link below, and join us on November 16, for this free seminar.
