Join us for our first ever yoga series on Thursday evenings in September! We are partnering with Trailhead Beer Market. Participants that attend any of our classes will get $1 off their first beer at Trailhead, located at 1317 Island Home Avenue, after each class.

~ When: Thursday, September 14, 2023, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.; come at 6:00 if you wish to shop before the class. You can also make purchases after class as well.

~ Instructor: Stanley's plant specialist and certified yoga instructor Barb Steppe will lead a general vinyasa class.
