Dahlia lovers, we have a rare treat for you! The Knoxville Dahlia Society will be selling dahlia tubers and potted cuttings ready for planting at Stanley's on Sunday, May 4.

The public is invited to shop from 2:00 p.m. until they run out. First come, first served; so come early for the best selection and to ensure you score some of these tubers.

Tubers and cuttings will be sold for $3 for members, $5 for non-members. A “Mystery Table” of tubers will be included in the sale: $1 for members and $2 for non-members. A general “how to grow Dahlias” sheet will be given to each customer.

Dahlias are called tender perennials and are typically not rated for our plant zone. However, they can be grown here, and talking to Knoxville dahlia growers is an excellent way to discover their tips and best practices for success.
