In June 2025, it will have been 70 years since Charles and Mary Kathryn Stanley opened their first greenhouse on the Davenport-Stanley Farm that had been in Charles’s family since the early 1800s.

To celebrate our founders and the community we have served since 1955, we will host Stanley's 70th Anniversary Sale on Friday June 13, Saturday, June 15, and Sunday, June 16, with a store-wide sale on all the tools you need to be a successful indoor or outdoor gardener.

Everything in the store will be on sale from 10 to 50 percent off regular price, so this is an excellent time to purchase garden art, statuary, containers, perennials, hanging baskets, warm-season annuals, herbs, houseplants, potting soils, fertilizers, soil amendments, and gardening basics.

We will be open for our anniversary sale as follows:

Friday, June 13 - 8 to 5
Saturday, June 14 - 9 to 5
Sunday, June 15 - 12 to 5
